Wellness Classes

For all families who want to come together and learn through an interactive style.

We use hands-on techniques to teach skills and strategies to help with bonding and caregiving. We coach and empower you to discuss a variety of topics as a group—to share your family’s experiences, relieve the stresses of daily challenges, and to problem-solve ideas to make life a little easier.

For families with medical concerns

We welcome adults and infants of all abilities to our classes. We celebrate individuality and uniqueness, and we truly believe that there is something for everyone in these classes. We’re glad you’re here. Please note that there may be individuals who would not benefit from these classes due to medical symptoms that could result in harm or injury. We’re devoted to keeping your family safe, so if you have any questions about your unique situation, let’s talk.

Wellness classes are not meant to be a replacement or substitution for individualized medical or therapy services. If you are looking to address concerns about your health or the health of your baby, please discuss them with your doctor or other medical provider. We are here to support you in that conversation should the need arise. And if you would like to be evaluated and treated through Nesting Moments, please don’t hesitate to contact us to get started.
