We would prefer to spend time helping you rather than battle with your insurance company. We want the flexibility to provide any treatments that are needed for as long and as frequently as your family requires, not to be limited by their rules. You know what your family needs better than any insurance company, and we work for you, not for them.

Payment is taken at the beginning of each session, unless otherwise discussed. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. HSA or FSA cards are also accepted. Please contact us with any questions about ways to make these services work financially for your family at this time.

We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company upon request for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to ask more about how your plan reimburses for occupational therapy services today. As always, please let us know how we can help!
